I saw your website about the Cavallaro's!

This website must have taken quite some time and research.  I was wondering if you and your family are still in Brazil.  My husband has been in Salvador, Bahia for one month for boat type business.  I have never been there.  He tells me it is very beautiful there. He should be back to Aruba sometime next week.

 

In 1989 I moved to Aruba in the Southern Caribbean, married and we have one beautiful son who will turn five on Sunday. 

 

Before this  ( born 1963) was raised in the Boston area.  Together we are three Cavallaro sisters. 

 

My father is Robert Palmer Cavallaro and his brother Ronald Cavallaro are both still in the Boston area.  Both Robert and Ronald have several children and grandchildren.

 

Their father, (deceased) was Sebastian Cavallaro (and married to Carmella Musto =Cavallaro.)

 

His two brothers (also deceased) Frank and Sam Cavallaro were married to two sisters (also deceased) Genny and Isabelle.  Together they all operated a successful waterfront restaurant that eventually did burn. A family tradition of great chefs and those who love to eat great food!!! 

 

I do remember as a young child their mother, my great grandmother in the restaurant as well. 

 

The family origin is from somewhere in Sicily.
